Gold Anchor Transport is derived from three roots meanings.  Gold is our family name.  The anchor represents 2 generations of Naval service and the Gold Anchor represents the proud fraternity of the Navy Chief which Allan was and forever will be a part of.

Gold Anchor Transport began in August of 2017  in Gardnerville NV.  We operated solely in Nevada and serviced new and used auto dealerships, auto auctions and private parties.  We began with a Dodge Ram 3500 and a single Big Tex wedge trailer.  We quickly expanded service to include flatbed capability for freight and oversized vehicles.  We then added a 48' enclosed to accommodate our growing client list who wanted to hire us to move more exotic  vehicles.  Next we added Harley Davidson to our list of clients because of our enclosed capacity to move 15 motorcycles at a time.  Then we added a Kaufman mini 5 double deck open car carrier to take on more volume.  Finally we added a 2015 Volvo VNL 780 semi to take up the load from the Dodge.  In our first two years the Dodge acquired over 248,000 issue free miles and is still in the fleet as a back up truck whenever the Volvo needs TLC.  

We are pleased to announce the birth of our next trailer, a 2021 Sun Country 5 car Low Pro.  This is the Swiss Army Knife of trailers!  It accommodates 5 cars, 4 full size trucks, 3 utility trucks, 2 medium duty (550/5500 model) or 1 Grey hound size bus!  It is simply amazing!  No having to climb 7 feet off the ground in the snow, wind and ice!

Since our humble beginning, we have grown to service coast to coast, border to border and are licensed to cross into Canada or Mexico should our clients have the need.  We are also certified via TSA to transit in to any U.S. port facility to more directly receive or offload our clients international logistics needs.
